This short session is a calm space to explore materials, simple stitch, and creative play, while experiencing my way of working.
No experience is needed, just openness and curiosity. It’s designed as a first step, not a full workshop.

Guided by Lucie from Asana Yoga, you will tune through gentle Yin session, helping you tune into your breath, body, and inner rhythm. This calm and mindful practice opens space for self-reflection and presence, creating the perfect foundation for the creative exploration that follows; during which Helena from Ivybee Sew.Inspire.Create will lead a hands-on art workshop inspired by her artwork series, Pachamamas.
